Watching people discover the world through food has been very exciting.  My clients continually challenge me to develop new dishes for their unique events, which has given me joy over the years.   At Bittersweet Catering we will work with you to develop a menu that is uniquely you--from Cajun, Middle Eastern, Moroccan, European, Asian, Tapas, Tex-Mex, etc....... My wonderful staff and I will be on-site to freshly prepare and serve you and your guests on the day of your event, so that you sit back , relax and enjoy your special day.

Wedding Cake Information

Bittersweet’s cakes are all made from scratch, with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Our cakes taste wonderful, are beautifully decorated, and unique to your event.  Our tiers are 4"-5″ tall, which delivers a beautiful visual appearance. Each tier of wedding cake consists of 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. This is a pleasant visual effect on the plate, as well as a delight to the palate.
Bittersweet Cakes will deliver your cake personally to the wedding venue and assemble it on-site.
At Bittersweet Cakes, we work closely with every client to create a wedding cake that will express the joy of the day.  In the initial consultation, we discuss general tone or theme of your event, number of guests expected and flavors for the cake. Next we will schedule an appointment at your convenience and a location of your choice. It can be a local coffee shop or in your home! You can have up to 4 tasters for 3 people. Within 72 hours after the tasting you will  receive a written proposal.  We will be there every step of the way to answer any questions.
