Alterations:
Sherry Ayles, owner of Customary Couture, performs all of the alterations in-house. No gowns are sent out during the fitting process. Customary Couture also performs alterations on gowns purchased at other shops. Price quotes on alterations are given during the first fitting before any work is performed. Payment is required before work begins.
Custom Bridal Design:
Have you shopped and shopped and still can't find what you are looking for? Well, no need to fret, Customary Couture provides custom bridal work based on the gown of YOUR dreams. Schedule an appointment for a free consultation.
Layaway:
20% down and up to 8 equal weekly or monthly payments. Special Order Bridal Gowns are ordered once 50% of the total is paid. Bridesmaid dresses must be paid in full before ordered. Please allow enough time to receive your gown. Rush fees may be neccessary if you wait too long. Once ordered all sales are final and refunds will not be given. Refund of total amount paid minus $100 service fee are given if the dress has not been ordered.**

Price Matching:
We know that there are many places to get gowns in this day and age, however at Customary Couture we guarantee that we have the best price and service around. We will match any price quote you may get at a different boutique or internet retailer. **
Trunk Shows:
From time to time, Customary Couture performs trunk shows, which is a showing of a designers' whole spring or fall collection. There are usually special promotions for any purchases made during a trunk show. Please visit our Events page for our trunk show schedule.
